Any financing is subject to the partner's own application, underwriting, and agreements.

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the business you submit information for. By using the Services, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the authority to provide it.
3. Not financial or legal advice
Content on our Services is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, tax, or accounting advice. You should consult your own advisors before making financial decisions.
4. Submissions and accuracy
You agree that information you submit is truthful, accurate, and complete, and you will keep it updated. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, and you authorize us to share it with our financing partners as described in our Privacy Policy to fulfill your request.

10. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FIN SCALE SOLUTIONS AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fin Scale Solutions from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
12. Dispute resolution; arbitration

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved by binding individual arbitration rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court. You and Fin Scale Solutions waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action. Arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis under the rules of a recognized arbitration provider, in Florida, unless otherwise required by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
